Implementation of the Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act

The FBI is providing initial notification of law enforcement capacity requirements as mandated in section 104 of the Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act. Comments regarding this initial notice will be considered in the development of the final capacity notice.
