Inmate Organizations

The Bureau of Prisons is proposing to revise its regulations on Inmate Organizations to prohibit fund-raising activities by inmates and to phase out provisions governing inmate accountability for funds. This amendment is intended to provide for the continued efficient and orderly operation of the institution and the Bureau.
