Medicaid Program; Third Party Liability (TPL) Cost-Effectiveness Waivers

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services proposes to revise Medicaid rules to allow agencies to request waivers from non-statutorily required procedures related to third-party liability, if they are not cost-effective and duplicative of other State activities.
