Health and Human Services Amends Human Subjects Protection Regulations

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is amending its Human Subjects Protection regulations to reflect the nullification of a provision requiring prior review by an Ethical Advisory Board for in vitro fertilization (IVF) research, as mandated by the National Institutes of Health Revitalization Act of 1993.
