Mississippi Regulatory Program Amendment; Revision of Program
The Office of Surface Mining (OSM) is announcing the receipt of corrections to a proposed amendment to the Mississippi regulatory program under the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977, which aims to revise the program to be consistent with Federal regulations.
