Rules and Regulations for Emergency Drought Act Policies, Procedures, and Authorizations

The Bureau of Reclamation implemented policies to mitigate drought losses in 17 Western States from 1987 to 1989, following the Disaster Assistant Act of 1988. The regulation has been terminated and is being removed from the Code of Federal Regulations.
