Ohio Regulatory Program Reopens Public Comment Period for Proposed Program Amendment Number 63

The Ohio Regulatory Program has reopened the public comment period for proposed Program Amendment Number 63 to the Ohio permanent regulatory program and AML program under the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977, following Ohio's submission of additional information.
