Coast Guard Establishes Safety Zone for St. Helens Fourth of July Fireworks Display

The U.S. Coast Guard is establishing a safety zone on the Columbia River from river mile 85.8 to 86.5 for the Independence Day Fireworks Display on July 4, 1994, to protect persons, facilities, and vessels from safety hazards associated with the display.
