EPA to Transfer Data to Contractors and Consultants

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will transfer data to its contractors and consultants, including Industrial Economics, Inc. and various other companies, under Section 3007 of the Resources Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). The data pertains to facility production processes and waste management practices.
