US Commission Issues Producer Price Index for Finished Goods, Effective January 1, 1995

The US Commission has released the Producer Price Index for Finished Goods, which will be used to calculate the rate ceiling for oil pipelines from January 1, 1995, to June 30, 1995, based on the annual average change in the index from 1992 to 1993, minus one percent, at 0.2175 percent.
