Energy Conservation Program for Consumer Products: Decision and Order Granting a Waiver From the Furnace Test Procedure to York International Corporation

The Department of Energy has granted a waiver to York International Corporation, allowing it to bypass a furnace test procedure for certain models of its furnaces, in order to expedite the calculation of Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency (AFUE) for its products.
