U.S. Central Authority for the Hague Abduction Convention Moves to Office of Children's Issues

The U.S. Central Authority for the Hague Abduction Convention has been transferred from the Office of Citizens Consular Services to the Office of Children's Issues, a change aimed at improving the handling of international child abduction cases.
