Treasury Department Proposes Amendment to Privacy Act of 1974 System of Records

The Treasury Department is requesting a proposed amendment to the Document Delivery Control System, a system subject to the Privacy Act of 1974, which was amended by the Computer Matching and Privacy Protection Act of 1988.
