Implementation of Public Law 103-159, Including the Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act

The U.S. government has finalized regulations requiring a 5-day waiting period for licensed firearms dealers to transfer handguns to non-licensed individuals, as mandated by Public Law 103-159, also known as the Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act.
