U.S. Customs Service to Reorganize Pharmaceutical Listings in Tariff Schedule

The U.S. Customs Service is reorganizing the listings of pharmaceuticals and pharmaceutical intermediates in Tables 1 and 3 of the Tariff Schedule to improve identification and facilitate use of the Pharmaceutical Appendix, following public comments indicating that CAS numbers are more easily identifiable and would simplify the process.
