Treasury Department Requests Comments on Consumer and Small Business Credit System

The Treasury Department is seeking public input on the processes and federal laws that govern credit availability for consumers and small businesses, as part of a study mandated by the Riegle Community Development and Regulatory Improvement Act of 1994.
