Department of the Treasury Proposes Alteration to Payment Issue Records System

The Financial Management Service (FMS) within the Department of the Treasury is proposing a change to the Payment Issue Records for Regular Recurring Benefit Payments system, which is subject to the Privacy Act of 1974, and last published in the Federal Register in 1992.
