DOD Final Rule Expands Affirmative Action Obligations for Disabled Veterans and Vietnam Era Veterans

The Department of Defense has issued a final rule that eliminates the December 31, 1994, cut-off date for veterans of the Vietnam era and broadens the scope of job openings that must be listed with state employment services for federal contractors and subcontractors.
