Investigations into Worker Adjustment Assistance Petitions Filed with the Secretary of Labor

The Secretary of Labor has initiated investigations into petitions for worker adjustment assistance, as required by the Trade Act of 1974, to determine eligibility for adjustment assistance and the date of separations. Interested parties can request a public hearing or submit written comments by February 27, 1995.
