Federal Government Revises Service Contract Act to Allow Micro Purchases Without Minimum Wage Clause

The Federal Government has revised the Service Contract Act to exempt small purchases under $2,500 from requiring a minimum wage clause, allowing for the use of government credit cards for such purchases.
