Proposed Exemptions; Profit Sharing Plan of NEBCO, Inc.

NEBCO, Inc. has submitted a proposal to the Department of Labor for exemptions from certain prohibited transaction restrictions under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 and the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. The exemptions would allow the company to share profits with its employees.
