DOL Amends Regulations for F-1 Nonimmigrant Off-Campus Work Authorization

The Department of Labor (DOL) has amended regulations regarding attestations by employers for foreign students (F-1 nonimmigrants) to work off-campus, extending the period of applicability through September 30, 1996. This change affects existing attestations that were set to expire at the end of November 1995.
