Department of Labor Rescinds Reporting Requirements for Construction Contractors

The Department of Labor has removed the requirement for covered construction contractors to submit the Monthly Employment Utilization Report, as part of its efforts to streamline regulatory reporting, following a review by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs.
