Commerce Control List; Items Controlled for Nuclear Nonproliferation Reasons
The Bureau of Export Administration amends the Commerce Control List to make the Nuclear Referral List conform with the International Atomic Energy Agency's guidelines for nuclear-related dual-use equipment and material.
