Pacific Coast Groundfish Fishery

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) extends the suspension of the vessel size endorsement requirement for vessels operating in the Pacific groundfish fishery off Washington, Oregon, and California until April 15, 1994, to allow owners to combine permits and increase vessel size.
