Varicose Vein Center Agrees to Cease Misleading Claims on Vein Treatments and Cosmetic Surgery

The Varicose Vein Center has proposed a consent agreement with the Commission, which, if approved, would require the center to stop making unsubstantiated claims about vein treatments and cosmetic surgery procedures, and instead rely on scientifically proven evidence to support its marketing claims.
