Schwegmann Giant Super Markets, Inc. to Divest Stores in Settlement with Federal Trade Commission

Schwegmann Giant Super Markets, Inc. has agreed to divest seven stores in the New Orleans area as part of a settlement with the Federal Trade Commission over alleged unfair trade practices in connection with its proposed acquisition of supermarkets owned by National Holdings, Inc.
