Schnuck Markets, Inc. has agreed to divest 24 stores in the St. Louis area as part of a settlement with the Federal Commission, following allegations of prohibited trade practices and unfair methods of competition, and will require Commission approval for future acquisitions in the relevant area for the next ten years.
