Federal Agencies Propose Changes to Country Exposure Reports

The Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC) and participating agencies are seeking public comment on proposed revisions to the Country Exposure Report and Country Exposure Information Report, which would require financial institutions to provide their Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) and add Intermediate Holding Companies (IHCs) to the respondent panel, effective September 30, 2016.
