OCC Seeks Public Comment on Proposed Information Collection: Reduction of Permanent Capital Notice
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is seeking public comment on a new information collection titled 'Reduction of Permanent Capital Notice' as part of its efforts to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA). The OCC invites the general public and other federal agencies to provide feedback on this new collection.
