Miscellaneous Regulations; Display of Code of Ethics for Government Service

The Administrator of General Services is required to publish and distribute the Code of Ethics for Government Service to agencies, and display it in buildings with at least 20 civilian employees. This Final Rule reinserts omitted regulatory provisions from the Federal Property Management Regulations.
