Federal Acquisition Regulation; Legislative Lobbying Costs

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council are proposing changes to the Federal Acquisition Regulation to clarify lobbying costs, a move subject to review by the Office of Management and Budget under Executive Order 12866, issued on September 30, 1993.
