Federal Acquisition Regulation; Cost Accounting Standards to Become Final Rule

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed to convert the interim rule to a final rule with changes, following an analysis of public comments, and this regulatory action was not subject to Office of Management and Budget review.
