Phthalic Anhydride From Brazil

The U.S. International Trade Commission initiated a preliminary countervailing duty investigation No. 701-TA-356 on October 22, 1993, to determine if imports of subsidized phthalic anhydride from Brazil are injuring the U.S. industry.
