USITC Launches Preliminary Antidumping Investigation into Mexican Carbon Steel Pipe Nipples

The US International Trade Commission (USITC) has initiated a preliminary antidumping investigation into carbon steel pipe nipples imported from Mexico, which may be sold in the US at below fair market value. The investigation must be completed by October 17, 1994, within a 45-day timeframe.
