Consumer Product Safety Commission Requests Approval for Charcoal Labeling Study

The Consumer Product Safety Commission has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget for approval of a study to determine the effectiveness of charcoal labels in communicating hazards of carbon monoxide poisoning.
