Treasury Adjusts Civil Monetary Penalties for Inflation

The US Department of the Treasury has published a final rule to increase its civil monetary penalties by inflation, as mandated by the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act of 1990, which was amended in 2015.
