Extension of Time for Non-Nationwide 220-222 MHz Licensees to Construct Systems

The Private Radio Bureau granted a 120-day extension to non-nationwide 220-222 MHz licensees to construct their systems and place them in operation, with the new deadline set for December 2, 1994.
