International Criminal Court-Related Sanctions Regulations

The US Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) is introducing new regulations to implement a February 6, 2025, International Criminal Court-related Executive order. The rule also covers a May 9, 2025, Executive order related to requirements for final rules published in the Federal Register, and OFAC plans to expand these regulations with additional guidance and provisions.
