Federal Acquisition Regulation to Clarify Employee Compensation Costs

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council are considering changes to the Federal Acquisition Regulation to clarify the regulations concerning the allowability of personal services compensation costs, a move subject to review by the Office of Management and Budget.
