Channel 241C3 can be allotted to Tunica, Mississippi, in compliance with the Commission's minimum distance separation requirements with a site restriction 6.8 kilometers (4.2 miles) southwest to avoid short-spacing conflicts with Station WLZA-FM, Channel 241C2, Eurpora, Mississippi, and with a rule making proposal (RM-8336) to allot Channel 240C3 at Harrisburg, Arkansas. The coordinates for Channel 241C3 at Tunica are 34-38-56 and 90-26-39. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
