Spectrum Below 5 GHz Transferred From Federal Government Use

The Federal Communications Commission proposes the allocation of 50 megahertz of spectrum from federal government use to private sector use, in compliance with the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1993, to maximize public benefit and efficient use of the reallocated spectrum.
