EPA Delegates Authority to Commonwealth of Kentucky for New Source Performance Standards

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has delegated authority to the Commonwealth of Kentucky Department for Environmental Protection for the implementation and enforcement of New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) on February 17, 1993.
