EPA Proposes Significant New Use Rule for Dipropylene Glycol Dimethyl Ether

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing a significant new use rule for dipropylene glycol dimethyl ether, requiring manufacturers and importers to notify the agency at least 90 days before commencing new activities. Written comments are due by September 21, 1994.
