EPA Proposes Approval of California State Implementation Plan Revision for VOC Emissions Control

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to the California State Implementation Plan (SIP) to regulate volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions from various sources, including Polyester Resin Operations and Manufacture of Polymeric Cellular (Foam) Products, in accordance with the Clean Air Act.
