Environmental Protection Agency Approves Air Pollution Control Plan for Washington State

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved amendments to the Puget Sound Area Pollution Control Agency's (PSAPCA) rules for controlling air pollution in Washington State, submitted by the Director of the Washington State Department of Ecology (WDOE) in 1992 and 1993.
