EPA Approves Montana's State Implementation Plan for Libby PM 10 Nonattainment Area

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved the State of Montana's plan to reduce particulate matter with an aerodynamic diameter less than or equal to 10 micrometers (PM 10) in the Libby area, which is required to meet federal air quality standards.
