EPA Approves New Jersey Ozone State Implementation Plan Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revision to New Jersey's State Implementation Plan for ozone, which aims to reduce volatile organic compounds by implementing reasonably available control technologies for all source categories, in compliance with the Clean Air Act requirements.
