EPA Proposes Interim Approval of Colorado's Operating Permits Program

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed interim approval of the operating permits program submitted by the State of Colorado, which aims to comply with federal regulations requiring states to develop and submit programs for issuing operating permits to major stationary sources and other eligible facilities.
