EPA Approves Arizona State Implementation Plan Revision to Regulate VOC Emissions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has taken direct final action to approve revisions to the Arizona State Implementation Plan (SIP), which controls emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from the transfer of gasoline into motor vehicle fuel tanks, in accordance with the Clean Air Act (CAA) and the requirements of the Act, as amended in 1990.
